Gilmore Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I really liked this hotel. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, and this continued to be the case for my two night stay. The hotel was as close to an original in Ketchikan that you can get. The room and common spaces were exquisitely clean, quite a challenge in a building as old as this. It is located in the center of the action across the street from the waterfront, with easy access to eateries, shops, and with a bus stop right out front. Evenings are quiet, as cruise ships leave by six, streets are rolled up, and sleep is easy.

Location was perfect. Beds comfortable. Hotel was clean. Front desk helpful when asked but distracted. Bus stop for free shuttle a few yards down from the hotel.

Old building, but very well renovated. Kept the charm of a historic building and was very comfortable. The rooms and hallways were very clean. I would have stayed longer had work allowed for the extra nights.

Great staff, amazing customer service. Good location and very useful local guidance by the staff. Was there for business visiting cruise ships May 14-16.

Centrally located, provided a shuttle to and from the ferry dock, had a water view,the staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service!!
